Volunteers are involved in almost every area of activities today. Thus, volunteering plays an essential role in crafting political, social, cultural, and economic aspects of this world. Volunteers are the life and blood of some communities which cannot survive without few extra helping hands. In Uddip, we encourage young and interested participants to contribute their best for the community in every possible way. This also means that the participants get to learn something new in the field of community service. We do not discourage the natural talents and inclinations of our participants. In fact, Uddip cheers and inspire willing volunteers to contribute in whatever way they can.
We have seen talented young ones come and entertain our target audience with their cultural performances. We have witnessed hardworking students assist us in organising events. We have also seen many of them coming forward to participate in projects that require months of commitment. Every one of them has earned an invisible badge of satisfaction and a corporeal honour through participation certificates and awards.
