Uddip Social Welfare Society, known for its strong commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities, has launched a specialized project aimed at providing Customer Care Training for Differently Abled individuals under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). This initiative seeks to create inclusive employment opportunities by equipping differently-abled candidates with essential skills to excel in the customer care sector.
1.Skill Development: The program focuses on providing participants with training in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. Special modules are developed to cater to different types of disabilities, ensuring the content is accessible and relevant.
2.Employment Opportunities: The ultimate goal is to empower differently-abled individuals by making them employable in the fast-growing customer care industry. By bridging the skill gap, this training will allow them to pursue sustainable employment in sectors like e-commerce, telecommunications, and retail.
3.Inclusion and Accessibility: A critical aspect of this initiative is the creation of an inclusive learning environment. The training is tailored to meet the needs of people with visual, hearing, or mobility impairments, using adaptive technologies, sign language interpreters, and accessible learning materials.
